Ocarina of Time...

Okay, so, I'm playing Ocarina of Time again...
and I've never 100% completed the game...
So, I got a strategy guide thing...
and it sucks... O_O

So, I was gonna tell ya'll what it is that I have...
and If I can get bigger amounts, or If I have the maximum

Seed Bag - 50 Max?
Deku Nuts - 30 ?
Deku Stick - 30 ?
Bombs - 40 Max?
Bombchu - 50 Max?
Quiver - 50 Max?

I have 5 more pieces of Heart left, and 8 More skulltula to go...
Any ideas on commonly missed hearts and spiders?

Also, what are the requirements of a minimal challenge?
Only 3 hearts?
No upgrades?
