Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time playthrough assistance

I'm restarting Master Quest with the intent of performing the colored gauntlet glitch to get the black gauntlets. This implies a lot of things by itself, particularly performing the glitch having beat dodongo's cavern without the bomb flower bracelet whatever it's called. can someone detail to me how to do this play through? i don't want to mess it up, which is apparently easy to do.

I've seen the video outlining how to perform the glitch itself, i'm more curious about the subtleties of setting it up to work overall.

ok i think i ****ed myself. i have to shoot switches, but i have no seeds for the slingshot, can't pick any up, and can't buy them. someone explain it?

If you're using Master Quest just get chus from Jabu

(Navi dive out of lost woods, or go get gold scale early. either work)

i did the gauntlet glitch and i went to the spirit temple, and i tried to do the kid link part of it but there's a switch i need to shoot and can't shoot it. i have 0 seeds, can't pick any up, and the game won't let me buy them. unless i missed something, i'm pretty stuck.

edit: lol or i could just skip all of the kid link parts for the rest of the game. awesome.

if you haven't already you can win the 50 bullet bag from the hyrule market shooting gallery to be able to shoot slingshot ammo again

okay i'll do that, but why did it do that to begin with? do i have to worry about that for other items? I checked ZSR and couldn't find anything on it.
