Slender Man, originating in the video game, Slender: The Eight Pages, and remarking the appearance in the game, Slender: The Arrival, and bunches of other games. Proxies, to which he controls, are also in the games, be it they are YouTube ARGs or Slender: The Arrival. Here is a list and explanations as to why these characters are to be in:
Slender Man - He would be the most requested creepypasta character/horror game character that is an enemy. He would be a tall, light, fast and powerful character for SSB4. He would instill fear in his opponents with his Final Smash, Proxification. Proxification is where Slender Man turns the characters against each other and then throws them out of the arena for a KO.
The Observer - A sadistic being from the ARG series, TribeTwelve, and leader of The Collective. He would be a smart, strategic, hard to use character in SSB4, yet his attacks would be faster than most. His Final Smash, TribeTwelve, will send other members of The Collective to attack the opponents once at a time, and then he ends it with a fast attack in a split second.
