Now that Sakurai has permanently deconfirmed Ridley for Smash 4, is Ridley a lock for Project M?

I know the PMDT wanted to avoid adding characters that had a high chance of being in Smash 4. When plans leaked for the new characters, and none of them were Ridley, I assumed he wasn't included simply because they had faith he would be DLC for Smash 4. Now that Sakurai has permanently deconfirmed Ridley (with horrible reasoning), can we hope to see Ridley in some future installment of PM?

"Providing accurate portrayals of characters is something I want to pay ample attention to. [Ridley would] have to be shrunk down, or its wings reduced in size, or be unable to fly around freely... if we made Ridley as a fighter, it wouldn’t be Ridley any longer."

Meanwhile:

- Olimar is giant compared to his actual size
- Pikachu is giant compared to its actual size
- Kirby and DeDeDe are giant compared to their actual sizes
- Ganondorf is the SOULLESS CLONE OF A RACE CAR DRIVER for three games
- Most of Ness' and Lucas' moveset aren't theirs
- Samus can't turn into a Morph Ball, even after laying a Bomb
- Sonic's entire moveset literally refers to one game almost no one played
- Ike didn't even have blue flames until Project M added them and Sakurai copied them
- Toon Link isn't even the same Toon Link as the one on Spirit Tracks, yet Sakurai sees the need for Alfonzo

Sakurai's reasoning is complete garbage. And I'm being very very nice right now.

A PMDT member once mentioned how hard and awkward it would be to try make Ridley work from an animation and moveset standpoint, so I wouldn't consider it a "lock".

And shouldn't this be in the Clone Engine thread?
