Hello everyone! The time has come again to have another science experiment! Before we get to that though I want to congratulate /u/ParanoidDrone and /u/1338h4x Stage Debate Contest.
Today however, we wont be testing stages. Instead we will be testing an idea on how to select stages for game one called Simultaneous Stage Selection (SSS). During discussion about how we will handle the large amount of good looking legal stages for Smash Wii U an idea was presented that turned into Simultaneous Stage Selection. It allows for a wide variety of stages while cutting down the striking time for such stages significantly. We wanted to test it here before the Wii U game drops to see if it will work well for our events.
So to get people to try it out and give feedback we plan to offer the incentive of PRIZES!
Here is how the prizes work. Obviously, the winner of the tournament will get a prize! The person who gets first place shall receive a month of reddit gold.

I wanted to thank everyone for helping out so I have made another way to win Reddit Gold! After the event, players can fill out this survey. DO NOT FILL THIS OUT UNTIL AFTER THE TOURNAMENT. Any tournament entrant who fills out this form will be put in a random drawing to get geek gold!

YOU MUST CHECK INTO THE BRACKET ONE HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS. If you do not check in, I can't let you enter the tournament. Checking in is done on the challonge page. Check ins will close a couple of minutes before the tournament begins so get there and check in early!
