Not enough free space?

I'm trying to download PM Hackless Wifi onto a 1GB SD card and it says there is not enough free space available. Do I need more than 1 GB?

EDIT: I found the problem. It was a mac os x disk utility thing, not a project m problem.

Hey man how did you fix it? Mine was all set up, but then I moved the files and now it says I don't have enough space, even though it was all there before.. god I hate Macs

The space that USED to be taken up is still read to be occupied for some strange reason. You have to defragment the SD card. On a Mac
Go > Utilities > Disk Utility > select the SD card from the list on the left > Erase

> "Erase..."
