How should I play on this gay stage as MK? I'm tired of people picking this stage, so I want to gay the hell out of them when they do pick it. I've decided to always strike japes due to the croc, so I might as well learn my other most hated stage.

you cant ban the same stage everytime u play. u do it based off what u know from that player and his character mostly.
most of the times japes is good for mk so ban norfair if u want to. japes against falco. anyway norfair is a dumb stage and is not allowed in tournament here in east coast so... idk what to tell u there but when i do play on it its veryyy easy to play suepr campy gay and plank the ledges ( up b, down b ladder scaling, ect)
