Noob Puff/ Fox player need help :)

So I'm going to a tournament next week in Amesbury and I'm very nervous not for singles but for doubles because I'm teaming with a guy who is pretty good and I don't want to let him down. So if there are any jigglypuff / fox mains who have netplay can you please help me. ( region Eastcoast MA)
