It's just a version of Grenade Cooking. Only difference is how you deploy the grenade.

aw man i was hoping to name a move. but either way i practiced this last night and its pretty handy if you can get it down. its definitely adds to your mind games since your opponent has to stay away, which can let you just throw the nade after its cooked to that perfect temperature.
