No banning system?

First off thank you so much this game is amazing!
obviously I have been playing 3.5 obsessively and I am sorely missing the menu banning system. I know it was originally just for the Apex version but it was an awesome feature and I was curious as to why you cut it?

the custom pictures made for the apex rules?

if so, they didnt cut it, it was never in their system to begin with. you have to install mods again yourself.

I meant the stage select x's going over the pictures when you press x. I think we are on the same page?
EDIT: I figured it out, I had downloaded the wifi safe version.
