So I just went to my first Ultimate tournament today and did surprisingly well, out of about a little over 30 players I got 3rd place. I managed to stay in Winners till the other finalist 2-0'd me and the loser's finalist 2-1'd me. I used Lucina for most of the bracket, but switched to Ike for a 2 matches. It was a lot of fun, I even unexpectedly found some old friends from High School there, though they pretty much got eliminated immediately. No cash prize for 3rd, but I did get a few trinkets.

Talk of Ultimate tournaments reminds me, what happened to the tournament we were going to run here? or does anyone here actually still play Smash

If it's a situation where people are interested but nobody can be bothered to actually organise it, then I can see what I can come up with. I haven't actually run any tournaments before, but I have a fair idea of what you'd need to do to get an online tournament going.

Oh hey, the Konosuba movie coming out later this year got a new trailer that dropped last week!

Yep, what was shown here is definitely the beginning of Volume 5, the next arc to be animated where the Konosuba gang goes to the Crimson Village. Said town is where Megumin and Yunyun come from, and that arc is where they get some pretty good spotlight from what I heard.

And wow, this animation studio is doing a pretty good job replicating the style of Studio Deen from the past two seasons!
