Hello fellow smashers,how are you doing? I would like help with this

My hard drive is impossible to enter and i cannot skip this update. The hard drive gets stuck on preparing with the circle infinitely. Loading and no error code. By the way this is a smash update and i just bought cloud so im really upset. I have left the wii u loading for hours with no luck. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated,thank you.

no its the internal hard drive 32 gb i think. I got it in 2012,dont remember.

So to move on, if it's the internal 32GB storage then that just means you need more than 811 MBs to download while if it's an external HDD issue, make sure it's not making a clicking noise which could mean it'd be bricked.
