Nintendo vs Square Enix

I was wondering how any of you would feel about a Nintendo vs Square-Enix fighting game. I'm not sure how the battle system would work, but I know that I would like unique mini game button presses to be performed in hyper combos if it hits. I think the fights should be 2 on 2 as well. My character wishlist is below. Comment? your own opinions?
