People have attempted to mirror the videos or compile all leaks and pics into one video. They are still up, but may be removed in time. Download them in case things get rocky.

Not necessarily, it might aid the credibility of the leak as it insinuates that Nintendo does not want the video to circulate, but it is pretty standard to remove alleged game-play as well.

Pretty sure the Streisand Effect will just proliferate the leaks no matter what NoA does about it. There's still social networks, video sites, the gaming press, forums, image archives & galleries, etc. NoA would have to breach some serious rights if they wanted to erase this from public conscious. And this is not even accounting if it's 100% true.

Also there are people who make fake claims with company names (This wouldn't be the first time,) but if said leak was fake and they wanted to make it more legit then there you go.
