Smash 3DS Nintendo eShop Release Times?

Does anybody know the times that Nintendo will update the eShop in Europe, US and Australia? I hope it will be released around midnight in each area but I want to make sure.

If anybody has the answer I'll update this post with the info.

Europe eShop Time - Unknown
United States eShop Time - Unknown
Australia eShop Time - Unknown

It should always be the earliest timezone in the respective region.

Example: 12 AM EST for NA (therefore, 9PM PST)
