Nintendo 64 online help.

So,I got my Smash 64 rom working just fine,and so I tried to do the same with my Mario Kart 64 rom,the exact same things I did.
But,at one point,this creepy pop-up window came up and it was a bunch of random gibberish,basically.

Anyway,when I was online,.I tried to join a Mario Kart 64 room,a pop-up said "You dont have this ROM on your comp",so I was wondering,anyone help me with this ?:dizzy:

Ps:Im using a Project64 emulator
