Smash Master
Recently on Steam, a game called Nidhogg has been released on the world and the fighting game community has been all over this game.partially in small part due to Maximillian's vids this game has gained a following(and even it's own slang over the Winner getting the d***). to sum it up in a nutshell, you go in a one-on-one fencing match against your opponent where the goal is to get past them to the other side and reach the goal at the end. The trick is to use all of the available tricks available to you to evade and defeat your opponent, consisting of positional strikes, parries, and even throwing the sword as a projectile.without the sword, you have more techs available, such as rolling and ground attacks, punching and divekicks. another factor comes down to the four availale stages(a castle, The Mines, The clouds, and the Forest) which each have different land terrains that influence the match, such as areas fo walljumping or places to hide for an ambush. this Shoryuken article explains it a bit better: http://shoryuken.com/2014/01/13/nidhogg-tug-of-war-meets-fencing/

Max's videos that helped expand the popularity(kinda NSFW)
Not gonna lie, this is one of the most unique fighters I've seen in a while, and fun as hell.
