Is she? Because Peach doesn't sound like Jen Taylor to me. And it certainly isn't Leslie Swan.

Nicole Mills voicing Peach?

I think it is Nicole Mills. Her "Hacha!" sounds different from Jen Taylor's... I personally like Nicole Mills the most of all of Peach's English voice actresses. (she had a Japanese voice actress in that old Japanese Super Mario movie... Super Mario Bros.: Peach-Hime Kyushutsu Dai Sakusen!... her Japanese voice actress there is Mami Yamase... that's my favorite Peach voice, followed by Nicole Mills.)
