longboarding is pretty sick but it's fall / hurricane season (hopefully some tropical systems will pass through this year actually) so i'm usually surfing. I got some really nice hills where I live though, there's a campground with paved roads over a square mile section of sand dunes here.

They'd be nice if they didn't wobble so much. I had one, but I sold it because it was too wobbly, and I couldn't do any tricks on it. Old-school skateboards FTW.

longboards might feel sketchy like that at first but you just have to practice it like anything else, you have a good deal of control over it. It gets really fun once you learn how to pump and power-slide.

thus is the whole point of riding a longboard, its a different technichal aspect from regular skateboards.
