How do you think your team did? I am a Packer fan and I think this draft may turn out well. Discuss.

Bears picked up Garett Wolfe from NIU baby!

He's small, but it's been a while since I've seen someone as good as him.

Haha wow Rushbaby I absolutely despise the Packers but looks like u guys did pretty well. I really liked their Aaron Rouse pick in the third. Actually, all teams did well cept for the Dolphins. They're jus throwin away their franchise! The absolute winners in the draft are the Browns of course nabbing the top OL AND a ready-to-go franchise quarterback.

My two teams are the Bears and Broncos (RIP Nash and Williams). The Bears made a nice (expected) move in getting Greg Olson. Wolfe seems to be like a Maurice Jones-Drew type. The only thing is who is gonna replace Briggs? I hate that ******* more than Marcus Vick.

Denver did pretty well also, they immediately addresed the defensive line getting Jarvis Moss and Tim Crowder. Despite the mary jane accusations, Marcus Thomas seems to be one of the best DT's in the draft.

We shall see. the bears made some great moves in this year's draft, Olsen will help stretch the field for them. Unfortunatley there didn't seem to be all that many great linebackers in this draft.( I can't honestly say as a packer fan that I'm sad about Lance Briggs Leaving. Sorry.) This Clowney WR that we drafted will be a starter in 2 years. And My sleeper is Troy Smith. He's gonna have a major case of Napoleon syndrome, so watch out. Brady Quinn is going to be a very good quarterback, but even he can't help a team with no offense to speak of. ( Jamal lewis is Totally beat up)

Haha yeah, next year hopefully Bears will be able to take Illinois' Jay Leman. He was probably the best Big Ten linebacker for last 2 years in terms of versatility.

I love Troy Smith. Saw him against Illinois. He is pretty **** talented, but he should defintely put on about 20-30 pounds if he's gonna play in the NFL. Apparently, NFL players hit about 5 times as hard as on the NCAA level. His frame is too short and light to survive much in the NFL right now.

A question: Where do you think the Dolphin's franchise is going and how must they rebuild their team? (somewhat of an owner's question XD)

The Vikings adressed alot of needs on offense, but still play a tough schedule, and are lacking a QB, so will only win 3-4 games.

My bro likes the Golden State warriors but they are still in, beating the nuggets like crazy :p
wtf? This is football talk man, not basketball.

Being a Packer fan, I think they did pretty good(except I wish Marshawn Lynch had still been available in the first round).

I agree with 10th-Karma on the Browns being the winners of this year's draft, what with not only a QB, but FINALLY someone to protect him. Who knows, maybe the Browns will be decent in a few years.

Oakland has started it's loooooong road to success with grabbing J Russel(that dude is bigger than Daunte Culpepper:eek:)

Meh, I think the Lions did decent. I mean we now have Calvin Johnson and Drew Stanton but still no offensive line. If our line improves (alot) I think the Lions have potential with Roy Williams on one side and Calvin Johnson on the other.

Sorry I've been gone, 10th karma, I think that the dolphins are a follower not a leader. What I mean is that Ted Ginn will be a good player but he isn't Devin Hester. They traded for an injured Quarterback who seems to have been bitten HARD! by the injury bug. Thier defense is getting old and they need a decent QB. Chris Chambers and Ted Ginn have great upside but they need a good quarterback. Theyalso must start building towards the future in the Draft. You are right about Troy smith But, he's behind Steve Mcnair which should give him a chance to learn the ropes. I too wish the Packers would have gotten Marshawn Lynch but I think we will be pleasently suprised By Justin Harrel.

I've actually met him. He used to eat at Blackhawk Diner a lot where I work. He's a cool dude! I'm happy for him. And yeah, watching games with him in it was a blast! he could run laps around the MAC's best defenders. I think the Bears could actually put him to good use.

I'm a Broncos fan, but didn't keep up with the draft at all. Just glad Plummer's history now.

EDIT: wtf they traded Tatum Bell?? I mean, I know he didn't do much last season because of his toe injuries, but now what the hell are they gonna do for a running game? Cutler's not ready to carry the team just yet. =(

Haha cool another broncos fan! Tatum just hasn't had much success around Denver. The thing is that runningbacks of his type are only useful sparingly nowadays. His ability to turn the corner is great, but he just didn't have the knack of missing defenders and plowing straight if he had to. I think he'll do well in Detroit...his replacement is Travis Henry who fits into the mold almost perfectly and has a chance to regain top RB status. Just think how good Cutler can get in the next couple years especially throwing to someone like Walker, Smith, Marshall, and Scheffler.

Most RBs look good in denver because of thier scheme and their O-line. Walker will have a breakout year, and as a packer fan I should know.
