I wouldn't count on it, with as of now, theres been no noise of Sakurai being there, and I would assume he would be the one releasing the info, but...I would love to be wrong.

I dont think he would neccessarily have to release the info, and we all know whose speaking there, so I say theres a 40% chance of Brawl at least being mentioned.
