Let's speculate...

Graphics will be around the GCN's level- Most likely
Still Touch Screen- Maybe 2 touch screens or going back to one screen
Built in Browser (with flash)- I hope so
Brighter Screen- I'm fine with the brightness now
Bigger Screen- only if it is made to one screen
Longer Wireless Connection Range- Why not just make us pay for wifi outside of hotspots (combine ds wifi with phone internet)
2011 Q3 Relese Date- Just as I start my 2nd year of college
Backwards Compatiable with DS- Ok
Control Stick and D-Pad- Retractable Control Stick might be possible at one point
Pressure Sensitive Buttons- Sure, but only really for the shoulder buttons
DS Organizer- I'm unorganized so okay
Virtual Console (similar to Wiis)- Maybe, but it would delay the release I think
Wifi Pictochat- I thought the ds was going to have this and I guess I was wrong
Signficantly More Games With Wifi- At launch
Battery Life 20+ Hours- I never had a problem with battery life
Friend Codes For DS, not each game- Or at least an account system type thing
Internal Flash Memory (512MB)- 2 gigs will do
Flash Cart Support with PS2, Xbox, and GCN Emus and ROMs. 64GB and 128GB Micro SD Cards- In my and every other gamer's dreams
Under $200 At Launch- You wish
Upgradable Firmware (maybe)- sure
Motion Sensory (maybe)- Not needed for portable
Media Player Capable (maybe)- As long as it can play Youtube vids.

Both of you guys sound quite unsure about 2 things. The price and the graphics/flash card support. You guys keep forgeting this is 5 years from now. 5 years is a VERY long time in the technology age. 5 years ago iPods were twice the size with only 5GBs with terrible battery life. Now they have 160GBs are half the size, play video and games and are WAY cheaper. 2GB internal flash memory won't happen though, as much as it is, Nintendo tends to be lame in that department. Maybe 1GB. This is 5 years though guys, I can definatly imagine 64 and 128GB mirco SD cards.

And when I say the 64GB 128GB thing I'm not saying Micro SD slots in the DS. I'm saying by 2011 there will be a flash cart (similar to the R4) that will support large size mirco cards and PS2, Xbox, and GCN support.

um, I hope you realize that flash cards now and flash cards 5 years ago were about the same price/storage

and basically you seem to be implying a faster, better, more intuitive PSP for way less munny

It's way too early for speculation. The DS is only in it's second iteration where as the Gameboy so close to 3 before switching to the DS. They will probably stay with the DS at least one more cycle before switching to something entirely new.
