Smash Apprentice
Hey Smashboards, new guy around these parts here. Been playing all three Smash games casually with friends for years and years. Didn't really have interest in watching/learning much about competitive Smash until somewhat recently when it became the favorite to win EVO 2k13's donation drive. Since last year's Apex, I've been intermittently watching various Smash tournies online and other things like The Smash Brothers documentary, and I've really enjoyed what I saw.
What I'm most eager to see is just how things develop for Smash 4, both as a fan of the series casually and as someone who wants to get into the more competitive side of things. I definitely want to try and get into whatever competitive scene develops for Smash 4, at least learning lots of the tech if not actually competing. Should be interesting to see things develop firsthand.
