I've loved Smash since the beginning. I was never really good, but it was always fun to play with friends regardless of getting my ass handed to me or not. Was watching a tournament on Twitch last night and watching the moves better fighters really piqued my interest on getting better. Started messing around with Samus a little bit last night. I still have a ways to go to actually be decent, but hopefully I can learn a lot here :). I don't have my WiiU code off the top of my head, but I'll be sure to include it when I get home today :)

Oh I found that out last night. I went through a few different people last night when I was starting to get into it. Samus just seemed fun but pulling off her moves are a ***** I've seen so far lol.

Welcome to the boards! Good luck maining Samus. Players that do well with low tiers are generally respected more from what I have seen.

To be honest, I know very little about the tier list. I had no idea Samus was low tier. I really have a lot to learn. Like what certain things mean when reading what combos.

Well, Samus is low tier, and while reading combo stuff I can give you a rundown
Nair- When you press a in the air and perform a aerial attack.
Fair- Another "aerial" that is executed by pressing forward on the control stick and a while in the air.
Dair- A move that is executed by pressing down and a while in the air.
Bair- A move that is executed by pressing back and a while in the air.
Uair- A move that is executed by pressing up and a while in the air.
Zair- On characters that have tether grabs can press grab while in the air and deal a bit of percent it it hits. characters that can do this include Samus, Link, Toon Link, Zero Suit Samus and others.
B Moves/Specials- Moves that are done by pressing b and a direction.

And here is the Smash 4 Backroom tier list.

Thanks for explaining that. I was looking at the moves and was confused by what all that meant. Guess I wear reading too much into it and didn't notice the first letters in all of them are only just directional.
