It's known across the internet that My Immortal is the worst fanfiction of all time from what it shows, and it's widely mocked for it.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, i beg to differ.
Oh freaking boy, where can i begin to talk about the fanfic i've just found...
It's called "Hogwarts School of Prayers and Miracles )" [Actual Title], and is a rewrite of the Harry Potter story (the first book)... except now it's a christian propaganda.
First off, this was written because Harry Potter "promotes witchcraft" and she doesn't want her children to be affected. I'm pretty sure that Harry Potter promotes satanism as much as Pokemon promotes witchcraft.
Second, this fanfic also has it's fair share of grammar failures, but not nearly as bad as the original worst fanfic (The author forgot what commas are. No, really, i counted 34 semicolons in the first chapter.)
Third, for being a rewrite of an already good book series, it fails incredibly at being actually good at a story. The pacing is horrible; one minute harry confuses a cross with a lowercase T, the next he's quoting Luke 23:34. The main conflict is that Voldemort is now trying to illegalize christianity, even though the first amendment pretty much makes that impossible. Yes, really, the author is that ******* stupid.
Fourth, the author loves to contradict herself. The author says she wrote the fic so her children don't see witchcraft only for one of the characters to say parents shouldn't restrict what their kids see, and that it's about the children, not the parents! And that's only the tip of the Titanic-sinking iceberg...
Fifth (and what really soars this fanfic to new dimensions of bad), the treatment of everything is despicable. Evolution is now a religion, and despite science proving the theory, Aunt Petunia (who is anti-christian for some reason) can't prove evolution. Prayer is now how everything's done, including opening a door and being just about as close to wizardry as possible. But how women are treated...OH MY PALUTENA!!! The author (a woman herself) says that women:
