New videos (friendlies)

Mind these are friendlies. I know I made some mistakes (like air dodging just before hitting the ground so I get hit by an f-smash), so I don't think I need to hear these from you guys. I'd like you to give me more general tips. I know I played really defensively against the Lucario, but that's because it scares the hell out of me, especially that f-smash. I was just sandbagging against the Kirby, but two vids are better than one.

Way too defensive but i can clearly agree, lucario's fsmash space way too good sometimes.
Some tips i found really helpful (during tourneys though) are trying to dair them out of the stage. just keep jumping and dair him from above, uair is a good too option since BF has platforms. Another tip, running toward lucario is not a good idea, but you managed to block most fsmashes... so i suggest to upb out of your shield when you succesfully block/perfect shield the attack.
Aside form those, keep practicing

I will of course. But the f-smash has way too much range to just use up-b out of shield.

Just saw the match against kirby. Here is something most of us players do while playing with quick characters. When falling, we tend to land very close to the opponent and dodge in midair or we tend to land close enough so we can counter immediately and most of the time we get grab punished. Also when gliding try to not get to close and attack, try to glide over him and land safe but not too far so you can jump dair/dsmash/jump nair, there are many options. Hey, i'm no super expert but just give it some thought to what i said, hopefully will help you.
