New to thinking about falco

So I've been playing smash for close to 2 years at this point and I've been playing falco for fun for probably a year. I've gotten pretty decent with him, however I've never given much thought toward him since he was never my main. I'm now trying to main falco. I know there's tonnnn of info on falco, and tbh its a little overwhelming. I want some advice about what to think about with falco; what should I be mixing up, what should I be looking for, what positions are his best? I've watched enough high level falco to know generally how to combo and such, but I feel like neutral is where I need the most help. Any advice for me would be helpful.

Falco is a hard character. You should be mixing up basically everything. Looking for utilts, shines, dairs, nairs, basically anything you can combo out of. If you ask specific questions, it's a lot easier for us to answer your questions to the best of our abilities. It's hard to offer a viable answer to such a broad question.

Yeah my b lol. But I feel like I know a lot of the specifics about falco, I know what combos into what. I just want to know more about the general mindset and gameplans for falco. But thanks for helping anyways

Ahh, mindset is very important, try to stay positive at all times. Gameplans for Falco vary heavily depending on if you're defensive or aggressive, laser-heavy, or barely laser, etc. Anyway, general Falco gameplans are basically you making them play your game using lasers and walling them. You want to be able to get in a lot using lasers and the myriad of tools falco has.
