New to the game and need of real guidance

I'm new to this series and I want to get into it. I've been practicing hard and I can beat every character on level 9 almost with ease. But when I go online 1v1 i don't stand a chance. I get juggled a lot and I never seem to be able to hit my opponent when I think I should or ive countered. I win 2/10 battles online. Is there an informative youtube video that teaches basics as well as advanced techniques so I can actually learn this game. Playing the computer isn't cutting it because I'm not learning enough to be able to be competitive against veterans

Those videos are mostly Melee based, but it all applies to PM. There's a lot of good stuff in there.

Understand that level 9 CPU's are predictable and can easily be tricked / exploited. You seem to have at least noticed a problem, so that's good. The only way to get better at playing vs humans is to play a lot vs humans. And watching a lot of high level videos never hurts
