new to smash competitive scene.

as newcomer, i was wondering what are the essentials at getting good at this game? what do i need to learn? any good videos out there you would recommend?? i played online, i kid u not, i have only won 9 games out of 100 LOL. i feel like im always getting beat up hard, and that the opponent always land there smash attacks first....i really need help lol

Learn the fundamentals, Spacing, Edgeguarding, Recovering etc etc. Read about the game, watch videos, browse the forums for your character ( I'm assuming it's fox). I recommend joining anthers ladder, you develop bad habits if you only play FG.
