New to Smash Boards - Old to Smash!

Hey, my name is manio and I've been playing smash since the 64.
I'd love to play and maybe even improve a little in Smash 4 other than by just playing with friends. I am no "Ally?" by no means but would love to learn from some of you.
I don't know exactly how it works here, where and how to find people to chat and play and improve with, so any hints in the right direction here would really be appreciated!
