New to Competitive Smash, Have Some Questions

I don't much feel like introducing myself, but I would like to ask this:

Is it generally exceptable to use backups in a tourney setup (assuming it is just vanilla and it can be proven that you actually own a copy)?
For Project M (or vanilla Brawl/other mod), is it exceptable to bring a "Wii U legal" display and set the game to 16:9?
What would be exceptable to use for a display for Wii U (or "Wii U legal") at a tourny?
What are generally exceptable ways of loading PM at a tourny? (I usually use USB Loader GX and enable Ocarina cheats at home, mostly because I do not actually own Brawl myself (yet) but also because I've had issues with the official launcher using an actually disc from a friend.)

Well in PM, you should probably get brawl before you go to a tourney, but the normal way to load PM is to go into the stage builder with your SD card that has PM on it inside the Wii and load it up. As for the Project M T.V. ratio, I THINK 16:9 would work. Check with your TO first. IDK about your other questions.

@RetroKiirby I know that is what you would do for the no homebrew version, but I already have homebrew and the official launcher so I much rather do that over using Smash Stacks. I was more wondering if it was a common thing against using a USB loader at tourny to load PM off a disc (as USB Loader can launch discs with Ocarina cheats). Also, I was already planning on buying Brawl (or at least borrowing form a friend for) before going to a tourny ($20 on Ebay isn't bad).
