Can anybody explain whats going on in the first clip (# 10) of this video? Is there something Westballz does after the d-throws? Or is Ice just missing the techs? Whats happening?

Fox can't tech Falco's down throw but he can shine or buffer roll / do something else depending on the DI he chooses. There might be a pseudo-chaingrab Falco can do by throwing in different directions to catch bad DI, but the fact that Ice got stuck in that for so long is purely his fault and quite frankly a pretty big choke because that's something people don't fall for even at low levels of play. West tried to do this against Lucky once in their set too and he just got shined for it
