I've started this thread so we the smashers can find out what techniques we may have missed in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Some of these may apply to Project M, but our main focus will be Melee. Now there will bee some rules to this thread so please respect them:

1.Only veterans from Melee:
This means no one newcomers from Brawl (Project M).

2.No saying 'No items, Fox only, Final Destination'. Your post will be deleted immediately.

3.No targeting others for having their own technique: Everyone is free to give out their own methods

4.Existing techniques cannot be used in your own techniques. This means no Wave-Dashing or L-Cancling. You must find your own.

5. Please do not bring personal issues here.

Violation of these 5 rules will result in a strike. If you get 3 strikes you will be reported.

Otherwise you are open to give out any techniques you have found in-game. Though it is not required, I'd prefer it if you gave photos & videos on how to preform your techniques, although you will not be held accountable if you don't.

Happy smashing!

It's a technique I had found earlier in Melee, so I want to share it with you guys.

How to preform it:
Simply tap the Circle pad in the direction you want to go. When the fist frame starts let go of the Circle pad for a spit second, then tap it again.

How it helps:

I found that this is a better alternative to wave-dashing, & you can catch a person in a grab! Better to use this with anyone who can chain-grab.

As a melee vet, rule 1 seems baseless and elitist.
What I meant was only the fighters from Melee. It's okay if you say Project M but you can't use characters like Meta Knight or Ike, since they were in Brawl before Project M happened.

New technique found: The grey control stick’s name is actually “control stick”. (Not “Circle pad”.)

Please do not abuse the Report system like this. Reports are only for posts that violate the Smashboards Global Rules.

You can find a list of most if not all currently known ATs on ssb wiki. I appreciate your enthusiasm for finding unknown ATs, but posting a thread asking others to post unknown ATs won't work, haha. If you do end up finding an unknown AT in the future please post it as its own thread.
