New to smashboards and just wanted to post something O think I discovered when you perfect pivot the momentum. carries into most characters shorthops such as luigi and fox my two mains... You can use this momentum to approach with combo starters aerials like diddys normal air or fox nair you can also use it to ledgetrump and many other things. Sorry if I didnt discover...And Im new to smashboards and never could find anything about this.

This is more of a side effect of a tech than a tech and i'm pretty sure it is well known.
