I'm new here and all, but I need some help. I consider myself to be Sm4sh tourney level, and I've been wondering about two things:

1. The level of play

2. The tourneys themselves (Local, APEX, EVO stuff like that[I'm not that material yet]. I mention this because it might be received as something online.
