New Roy Skin??

There has always been a skin I've wanted....
A Red haired Roy with A gold head band, Black Cape, and Blue Armour.
It would be super cool if this could be a thing!

Just Because he doesnt have a black cape...and I love his gold outfit in PM and I use Blue in Melee and PM

Yeah. That's when I'm out of college for summer break.

Doing recolors isn't too hard. You just gotta remember to remind me to make it.

Just a recolor. I'm an amateur mod-er at best. I know how to recolor things and add music. But that's about it.

Sounds good, it'd be nice if the whole outfit was black with gold highlights.
