This may have been posted somewhere before, sorry if so. I have no idea how to check efficiently.
So I was watching the Nintendo World Trailer.. And I noticed something that reminded me of a wavedash.
Crappy printscreen gifs, ftw!

My first guess was that it's just a roll with no shield graphics attached. It's obvious that it's NOT a wavedash, because you never leave the ground in a real WD, where as in both of the above, you can see they did leave the ground.
But wait, you never leave the ground in a roll either, do you? Also, there's a little sparkly effect when the move starts, something that doesn't happen on a roll.
So then I thought maybe there's a slim chance that it could be a new maneuver not previously known, created to replace WDing.
Or maybe they're both just lazy cause they have wings, so they just float instead of roll on the ground, and the sparkle is just to make Brawl look more flashy?
I don't know, what do you guys think?
