New Riverside County, CA resident looking to Melee!

Hello everyone,

I'm a n00b to Smash and looking to get my Melee on. I just moved to SoCal from NYC. I live in Hemet, CA and hoping to find some new friends who want to tear it up on my new/used Gamecube. I was born in '83 but I can get along with anyone of any age.

I've never been to a competition but I can't wait to attend one soon. Seems I just barely missed the EVO deadline.

No mains to speak of yet, I'm still getting my feet wet with the game (which is why I really want to find a group to play with and learn from).

Overall, you're in a nice region since you stay in SoCal.

You can start by looking around the Regional Zones and Tournament Listings forums if you're raring to get into the fray with your fellow Smashers. And age doesn't matter when it comes to Smash, so you're all good regardless *Thumbs up*
