New Melee Player/Anther's Ladder - SHEIK - SOUTH ATLANTIC (LOUISIANA)

I'm a new melee player from the southeastern part of Louisiana, and I main Sheik. I've been working towards improving my play and learning the basics over the last two weeks. I would really enjoy if someone would be interested in being a sparring partner or tutor. Other than that, I'm really looking forward to meeting up, going to tournys, and playing people on Anther's. I want to develop a circle of players to have fun with, but first I must learn.

I've played LoL, SC2, Hearthstone, and many other strategy games at about mid level play, so after I heard about the strategies and mind games involved in Melee, I couldn't resist the urge to play.

Hope to make many friends on here!

You can try and look for something closer that has more activity. I don't think we can (at least I can't) help you beyond that. You can also try the Melee character boards and see if there are other players close to where you live.
