New Launcher Not Working

So I recently updated from 3.0 to 3.02 but the new launcher isn't working for me. When I go to play the game I get a black screen and nothing happens. In addition, the "About" section shows the launcher version as 1.03 but the Project M and codeset versions show up as unknown. So I don't think it's finding the info.xml file. I tried reformatting my SD card as FAT32 since this is the only problem I could find from the troubleshooting guide but it still isn't working. Any ideas? The only other problem I can think of is that my Wii doesn't have a wifi connection.
