Please don't post all in caps. It's really annoying.
As for Raiden as an alt. costume, I don't think he's gonna be in, Snake's a more known character. I doubt it would feel like a whole new character at all actually. Peach's daisy costume still feels like peach.
By the way, the snake forums aren't that big in topics, and there's a costume thread down the page a bit. This idea would probably be more suited to that thread.
