Nice, just watched it myself. I wonder how Olimar's FS actually works, because that looked like a weird angle when the ship took off. Couldn't see what was happening to the other players. Still, it's pretty friggin sweet.

Just cuz they show a weird angle once doesn't mean they always will, but I could see them keeping it that way... That many Spotty Bulborbs gorging themselves on everything might be hard to animate.

Ah. So Olimar flies off in his ship leaving the predators to attack everyone else on the stage.

It looks like he left the Pikmin behind. Perhaps the disadvantage of this is that all of his Pikmin die a horrible and painful death.

Yeah, in Pikmin you have a time limit to get the ship parts in each day. Once the day ends, Olimar is forced to go inside his ship or else all the monsters at night will attack him.
