New AT for Yoshi

Ive made a post on the tactical discussion about an advanced technique that appeasrs Yoshi exclusive, and I need Yoshi Mains to test it for usefulness.

If you look at the thread now, you can tell that its not Yoshi-exclusive anymore. But Yoshi is the Best at it out of the handful.
