New Animation Problem

Uh, I'm currently having a problem with a stage I'm making... and for some reason Brawl doesn't recognize the original animation Brawl has, although one only worked.

I exported a viking swing from New Pork's to Final Destination and changed its translation to change its location, and since it already has a known animation, I imported it the .chr0 file and it worked perfectly. However, when I want to put other models in and its animation that Brawl already knows, like Whispy's shaking animation and other models with its original animation, it doesn't seem to work as the model is just in the middle or isn't there.

The Whispy Woods model and his animation only worked when I used Final Destination's current animation, which is StgFinal00stage, and I created and imported its bones there to make Whispy animate and appear on its desired location.

I don't really know why it can't recognize it. Am I just missing something? o,O I might have done something with the viking swing to make it appear, but I don't remember. I'm also having a problem with this on my current Wi-Fi Waiting Room stage...

One more problem:

I know how to make a polygon transparent by changing its material1 type into 3, but it doesn't seem to work when I preview it in BrawlBox. o.o
