So I'm going to CEO... I don't have SSB4 Wii U, just 3DS. I have the New 3DS so I have a C stick, too... and an extra set of shoulder buttons for shields and grabs. So what are the biggest disadvantages I have? I pretty much have it mastered, but would you guys say it would hold me back too much?

I'm not sure, every person is different. However I find myself misinputing on my new 3ds, specifically tilts and smashes. If you haven't tried out all the controller options for yourself it's hard to say which one is best for you. Good luck!

Most larger tournaments won't allow wireless controllers like the 3DS.

The 3DS also feels a bit too cramped for my liking.

Well I gave up on CEO anyway... can't take any chances out there. But I only have the 3DS smash, too. No Wii U so I can't experiment. Plus, the controller feels the most reliable. GameCube controllers always start feeling rusty the more I use them. And I have borderline no experience with any other controller.
