I'm a long time King of Fighters fan and after watching Smash at EVO, I decided to dedicate some time to learn this amazing game. In my area there isn't a scene and most of my friends are PS or M$ fanboys who won't budget for WiiU. I'm getting tossed around online in Glory 1v1 matches and its obvious to me that I'm not truly understanding the mechanics and proper spacing for this game. Playing 4Fun made seems pointless since there isn't 1v1 on it and ppl on 4fun are very random when compared to those on 4Glory. This game is very different than most 2D fighters I'm use to playing (KoF 2k2, XI, XIII//GGXX#R)
I'm looking for ppl who are still learning the game or ppl who don't mind facing a Noob trying to learn the game in the regions I posted since lag is not fun in any fighting game.
Chars which I seem to gravitate to: Sheik, ZZS, Fox. I am debating my main character but out of the three I play the best with ZZS but I truly want to use Fox cuz well ... its Fox... and Fox is a boss. Who doesn't like Fox?
Chars I would like to eventually learn as a second: Duck Hunt, Link. Both seem to be this game's version of MVC2 Cable.
