ok ness mains i got some tips you already know these but for those that dont know im here to help you out.
pk thunder recover steal!
THIS WORKS ON NESS DITTOS! alright now this is simple when the other ness is on the point where hes is under edge and cant recover via double jump. you can jump down with him and psi magnet which will adsorb the pk thunder leaving the ness unable to recover(also recover dmg YAY!). NOTE! you want to be on top of the ness because pk thunder goes above his head no matter what. ALSO this is a risky move cause if rekless this will cost you a life.

also for some things ness cant absorb he can reflect with his f smash.

Double pk thunder!
ok so ness is the pk thunder no dip. now this tip work AMAZINGLY on flat block stages like tomodachi life or onett. now since this no way of my finding ill show you where i found this helpful teck (skip to 1:35) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cMJ8n3-KkY.
