Me, I still want a few minor changes and stuff.
-Jab changed in general, now comes out on frame 6 and is 2 parts instead of 3 but works like Mewtwo's and such in that it sets up for stuff like a grab. Jab 1 has Ness smack with the hilt of his bat doing 3%, jab 2 has him blast someone with pk energy for 5%.
-Dair changed as well. Ness copies Roy's dair but uses his bat. Still comes out on frame 20 or so but now knocks away projectiles (reflects em) and auto cancels on ground
-Aerial PK fire changed to allow Ness' pk jump to send him further horizontally and at a much quicker speed allowing a mix up when moving in the air.
-PSI magnet now at least recovers 8% as a min rate to counter its 30% max rate. It absorbs Ice again and the fire attacks it missed (villager's rocket, Bowser Jr's bombs, Duck hunt's can, all on hit)
-PK Flash's blast is made bigger and lasts longer than what it is now
As for custom moves, I still want them to be given a new look as well.
-rising pk flash turned into Brainshock. It mimics what Lucas' usmash looks like but works like Marth's shield breaker, the blast around Ness stuns foes like Mewtwo's disable does, it doesn't require eye contact though, the blast can kill though if charged for longer and someone's % is high enough.
-PK Freeze made to work like Zelda's Din's Blaze custom only with Ice (Din's blaze is the slow moving but has more control, the hitbox is bigger, and there is a delay before it blows up). Knockback is the same.
-PK Fire Burst made into Paralysis, bolt is the same now as before but now it has a stun affect on hit instead of a blast.
-PK Bonfire made into PK Ground, bolt is same again but on hit it spikes the foe if above stage and on stage it buries them in ground. Does major shield damage now.
-Lasting PK Thunder turned into 4-th D Slip, works like Bayonetta's witch time in that it slows someone but its not a counter, you can't attack at all while using this. Instead you can turn this on freely and are just free movement and jumps while in it (even if you had none left). Has a charge time after using it like Wario's Waft though, but there is no free fall after using this
-Rolling PK Thunder turned into tornado teleport. Mimic Zelda again this time her recovery move. Can also telefrag people like her for a kill option.
-Forward PSI Magnet changed into PK Beam, works like the starman foe's does in that it can stun those that it hits. On turning on it absorbs projectiles to make the blast stronger (doesn't have to be energy based), when you let go of the magnet it creates a blast based on how powerful the projectile was.
-PSI Vacuum turned into Power Shield, works like it does now but the blast has super armor.
