*Needs help with ANOTHER computer problem*

The SD card driver on my laptop is saying this:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

Does anyone know what this mean and how I can get my laptop to read my SD cards again? It worked perfectly fine yesterday, so I'm not sure what could have happened to make it mess up.

Also, I have Vista....-_-

Try the second one first it might make more sense but it was written for XP but the same principles apply.

There's your problem .

Apart from giving the laptop an old fashioned punch, all I can think of is that it may be a corruption, or more than likely a faulty SD Card reader doohicky.
Are there any more SD slots, or do you have any other SD cards or whatever to try, just to see if it brings the error message up for all your SD cards?

You should buy a usb digital drive thingie. Or a good card reader. That's what I did o.o
