Can you be more specific? You're talking about the Smash 3 costumes, right? Some of those aren't comparable with PM 3.5, but I think the Sonic ones are ok. When is it crashing? Is it a soft or hard (BEEEP) crash? Are you loading custom stages? When you use costume manager, you're still going into the fighter folder and changing the .pac file, right?

I found a bunch of sonic costumes and I seen then work its a quiet crash no sound but game won't load I wanted 10minites
No custom stages
And I think that last on is the problem but when I cheek the fighter folder both are in so it should be good

You found the costumes, but from where? Are they Smash 3? Could you provide a link to the Brawl Vault or Smash Boards thread? Silent freezes usually mean that the game is trying to find a file and load it, but it isn't there. Make sure that you don't leave any costume slots empty on any characters. Also, make sure file sizes look right. PACs are the full file, PCSs are the compressed file, so PCs is always smaller. Make sure the files aren't corrupted (View in BrawlBox/CostumeManager).
